1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (the « Terms ») govern the use of the mobile application EasyFood published by Nyvoralabs. By installing, accessing or using the application, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms.

3. Description of the service
EasyFood is an application dedicated to everyday cooking, allowing you to:

4. User account
Using EasyFood requires creating an account. You undertake to:
- •Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- •Keep your credentials confidential
- •Use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes
5. Acceptable use
You undertake not to:
- •Circumvent the application's security measures
- •Massively extract content or decompile the application
- •Post illegal, offensive or harmful content
- •Disrupt the operation of the service
6. No medical or nutritional advice
EasyFood does not provide personalized medical, dietary or nutritional advice. If you follow a specific diet or have an allergy or medical condition, consult a qualified health professional.
7. Intellectual property
The application, its interface, code, trademarks and the recipe and editorial content are the property of Nyvoralabs or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
8. Distribution via the App Store
EasyFood is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use: Apple standard EULA.
9. Availability and liability
We do our best to ensure the availability of the service but cannot be held liable for interruptions, indirect damages or consequences of information used without professional advice.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the application or by following the procedure described on the account deletion page.
11. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our EasyFood Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules.
